We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a leading logistics company. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and stocking incoming inventory, as well as picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock verification.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - certification may be required).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
