We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Boston, Massachusetts location. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, requiring a diligent individual to manage inventory, process orders, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and update records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
