We are seeking motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our facility in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for a range of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping. Accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to Safety are paramount. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using picking devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Perform duties that require regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and Safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe and productive workplace.
