Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for outbound shipment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the picking and packing areas.
- Operate hand trucks or other manual equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Meet daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
