Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our logistics network, ensuring that products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. The Distribution Center Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving inbound shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for outbound shipment. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily performance targets and maintain a high standard of quality. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
  • Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Assist with loading outbound shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
