Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Portland, Oregon! We're looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment. This role is central to our warehouse operations and plays a significant part in our Logistics process, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment. You will be responsible for reading order sheets, locating products in the warehouse, carefully picking items, and packing them securely for transit. Maintaining a safe working environment is our top priority, and all employees must follow Safety guidelines and wear the provided PPE . The job requires consistent physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and Lifting of items up to 30 lbs. Accuracy and speed are key performance indicators for this role. We seek candidates who are reliable, have good organizational skills, and can work effectively under pressure to meet daily targets.
