Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on pick lists or scanner prompts.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and organizing for carriers.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and work area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Follow all guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing targets to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
