Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You will work closely with a team to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are handled with care. Safety is a top priority; all associates must strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and the ability to handle regular lifting of goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
  • Stock inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
  • Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Perform tasks involving lifting and moving of products, up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting duties regularly.
  • Willingness and capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
