The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs, and prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations, and use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as directed.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
