Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Assist in the training of new inventory control personnel.
- Contribute to process improvements in inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs).
