Our Durham, North Carolina location is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our expanding team. This role is integral to our Logistics and distribution efforts, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods within our facility. Key responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and order details.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, boxing, and staging for carrier pickup.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE throughout your shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or Logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all established protocols.
