We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the comprehensive management of goods within our facility. You will be involved in every step of the process, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Process orders using scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Stage products for outbound shipment and load trucks as directed.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring Safety standards are met.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety and quality.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal protection.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
