We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damages.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
