Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Blackburn, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and providing actionable insights to improve organizational efficiency. Additionally, the role includes monitoring project progress, identifying areas for optimization, and supporting successful implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data, identifying trends, and driving data-informed decisions
Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and interpreting business requirements
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly
Understanding of Business Processes and experience in optimizing and enhancing these processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, showing adaptability and self-direction
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
