Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately into appropriate locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory checks as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE consistently.
- Assist with other distribution and logistics tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and willingness to use PPE.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
