Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Assist with the preparation of inventory reports and analyses.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with warehouse logistics and operations.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
