Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Follow all guidelines for the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or cycle counts.
- Understand and contribute to the overall logistics workflow.
- Be able to perform frequent Lifting of boxes and items, typically up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a picking or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Team player mentality and good communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
