We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
  • Store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Assist with shipping documentation and loading of trucks.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
