Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with shipping documentation and loading of trucks.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Demonstrate the ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Safety protocols and procedures.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
