We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Boise, Idaho! As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report discrepancies.
- Safely unload and load trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Store inventory in designated locations, maintaining an organized stockroom.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to specific instructions.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification may be required).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control. Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines. Good teamwork and communication skills.
