Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock adjustments.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and using scanning technology.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE .
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control principles is beneficial.
