Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support overall logistics operations and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
