Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic Warehouse Associates to join our logistics hub in Durham, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
  • Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Support overall logistics operations and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates.
  • Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude.
