In this essential role, you will be the front line of our order fulfillment process, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Your duties will involve navigating the warehouse, locating items using scanning technology, retrieving products, and staging them for packing and dispatch. Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace is crucial for both speed and safety. This role requires physical dexterity, including the ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Safety is our top priority. All employees are expected to rigorously follow safety procedures and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Prior experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse capacity is a strong asset. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
