Join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Warehouse Worker! This role is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center and plays a key part in our overall Logistics strategy. We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals who are committed to Safety and efficiency. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all operational goals are met in a timely and accurate manner. The ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, is a requirement for this position. Adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and protocols.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and moving of goods.
- Support the Logistics team in achieving daily operational targets.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
