Responsibilities include:Providing the best quality of care for pets in the community as well as our shelter pets. As part of the NHS Veterinary team, you will diagnose, treat, and prevent animal diseases through physical exams, surgery, diagnostics (X-rays, bloodwork, etc.), prescribing medications, and providing strong, compassionate client communication.
Schedule:• Up to 3 days per week• 24 hours max per week• Flexible weekday hours with rotating weekends
Qualifications:• DVM degree & Louisiana veterinary license (or ability to obtain)• Strong surgical skills (spay/neuter proficiency a plus)• Compassionate, team-oriented, and ready to make an impact. Competitive salary and the chance to change lives every day.
