This is an exciting time to join Meta and shape the future as we expand beyond marketing solutions and into a true Enterprise sales motion. In partnership with global sales, product, marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders you will lead the organization, planning and implementation of in-person and virtual training curriculum to thousands of Metamates around the world.Global Sales Enablement and Training Delivery Lead Responsibilities:Build Enterprise sales enablement programs to establish Meta as a trusted Enterprise brand and equip sales teams to effectively sell our Enterprise (non-marketing) solutionsExecute on our sales enablement framework and develop content in collaboration with teams across Meta, encompassing distributed content development to address vertical needs, localization, and other considerationsWork closely with product marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of enablement programs and training with business objectives, strategic sales plays and product launchesDemonstrate a solid understanding of the target Enterprise audiences and translate customer insights into actionable program and content recommendationsLead training and enablement execution and content creation, both doing the work and influencing and guiding the work of other teams to ensure cohesive programs and curriculumDevelop and socialize content creation and governance processes to ensure content is updated and accurate, and can to evolve with the dynamic pace of the businessDeliver effective and engaging sales training and communications to drive adoption of enablement content, as well as Enterprise sales skills training. This includes agency selection and management for curriculum development and delivery.Track and analyze program effectiveness aligned to program objectives, reporting these back to the businessStay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve enablement contentTravel to deliver in-person trainings as neededMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree6+ years of work experience in go-to-market tactical roles5+ years of experience in developing messaging and Enterprise sales enablement content with proven business impactDemonstrated understanding of Business to Business (B2B) program measurement and reportingDemonstrated experience working with international and regional cross-functional teamsProven presentation and communication skills, with demonstrated experience conveying complex ideas simply and effectivelyProficiency in designing and delivering training programsProven organizational and project management skillsExperience identifying sales competencies and measuring current (pre-training) and progress towards new sales competencies (after training)Demonstrated understanding of learning methodologies, formats and effective use of tools to drive learning outcomesPreferred Qualifications:MBA or other relevant advanced degree or learning qualification / certificationExperience in a planning and operational execution role, preferably within a sales or sales enablement teamExperience delivering multi-region scaled programs with clear metricsExperience with content development via an agency, including daily management and collaborationUnderstanding of brand foundations such as brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity systemsDemonstrated executive presence across internal and external settingsDemonstrated experience building new programs within a dynamic and matrixed organizationDemonstrated experience delivering live training via engaging experiences to large audiencesAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
