About the Role Our
Data Analyst
role sits at the heart of this value with the opportunity to really make a difference to our customers. The role is responsible for supporting improvement and delivery within the
Metering Support Team
at Raynesway, Derby. You’ll need to be able to use different types of data to assess performance levels using analytics, understand the indications that the data is portraying, provide data to support our service offering to retailers and facilitate process improvements. The role requires dynamic problem solving, driving process and market improvements, and strong teamwork.
What You’ll Bring To The Role Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, experience in producing reports using large amounts of data, and familiarity with IT software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Accountabilities
Monitor and use all relevant performance data of own and other teams to promote continuous improvement.
Source, collect and extract accurate data, working with the business to update and improve data sharing.
Work as part of a team on specific projects or day‑to‑day improvement ideas.
Report performance data for the metering field force to ensure alignment on SLA and KPI compliance.
Support the Metering Operations Manager and Field Manager in identifying gaps in reporting, producing new measures where necessary.
Gather data and produce reports on the performance of meter reading schedule, customer service visits, and services from both household and non‑household perspectives.
