Transport Compliance Analyst Company:

Chippenham or Birmingham (Birmingham office near the NEC)

Full‑time, Permanent
Salary:
Circa £45,000, depending on experience
Key note:
The first three months require onsite presence five days a week, after which a hybrid model (Tues‑Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote) applies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a data template for customers to capture fleet specifications and compliance records.
Evaluate and analyze received data for statutory compliance and validate with customers before uploading to Holman's fleet management system.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on fleet compliance related to Operating Licence, statutory and planned maintenance requirements; provide analysis to identify required actions.
Prepare and present findings, conclusions and recommendations following audits of customer fleet compliance with Operating Licence and maintenance regimes.
Develop expertise with Holman's transport planning system, including administration and configuration.
Assist in implementing policy and procedure changes.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of heavy goods vehicle compliance requirements.
High proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and analysis.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
