Support the relationships across top‑tier customer accounts, across both B2B and B2C channels. Work alongside the Head of Sales to build new business opportunities. Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth, optimise product distribution, and increase profitability. Take part in customer visits alongside the wider Sales team. Monitor sales and stocks to plan supply effectively. Requirements
1+ years experience within a sales role in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long‑term, value‑driven partnerships. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Confident working with data and proficient in tools such as Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Benefits
