Lead Solution Architect (Data, Analytics and AI) Lead solution architect focuses on delivering high‑quality, compliant, and scalable data/AI solutions. Responsibilities include developing offerings, sales support, and leading delivery teams. This role provides strategic guidance and hands‑on leadership to foster a culture of innovation while driving data‑driven decision‑making for Expleo’s clients.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy: Help define the data and analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the firm’s goals; identify emerging trends; provide leadership and guidance to the team.
Client Engagement: Engage clients to understand their data, analytics, and AI needs; translate requirements into actionable strategies; lead workshops; act as trusted adviser.
Data and AI Analysis and Insights: Oversee design, development, and execution of data models and analytical frameworks; drive data exploration, visualization, and interpretation; present findings to stakeholders.
Data Governance and Compliance: Develop and implement data governance policies; ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA); stay updated on evolving regulations.
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and visualization techniques and tools with a proven delivery record.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA) desirable.
Experience
Proven experience in a technical leadership role within data and analytics, preferably in consulting or professional services.
