Summary of Position We are seeking a talented developer to join our UK-based development team within a fast-growing, dynamic FinTech environment. You will be part of an agile team building advanced solutions for recoveries portfolio management, supporting clients across banking, lending, utilities, and telecoms. Our mission is to empower organisations with innovative technology that drives smarter recoveries and sets new industry standards.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Lead Engineer, you will be required to:
Design, build, and configure web and mobile applications and APIs to meet business and application requirements
Support existing applications and platforms
Write testable, scalable, and efficient code and lead code reviews
Create wireframes and implement designs
Preferred Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated with a proven track record across the full software development lifecycle and comfortable working in a dynamic technical environment with an expanding customer base.
Essential skills include:
Strong experience with
React ,
C# (.NET) , and
SQL
Experience with APIs and web applications
Solid knowledge of mobile application development
Familiarity with programming and security best practices
Knowledge of coding best practices
Experience in unit and integration testing
Proficiency with GitHub and DevOps tools
Ability to produce clear software documentation
Strong troubleshooting and support skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
