About
Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive activity required to re‑develop our SIMS platform by working in an agile manner to achieve key business objectives.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, actively managing dependencies, resources and influencing business decisions.
Lead project teams to successfully develop and deliver key components of the SIMS platform, ensuring critical technological and business dependencies are considered and transformed into development activity.
Communicate progress and risks to senior executives and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective reporting between Projects, Programme and external vendors.
Qualifications
Credible experience and proven track record of delivering projects as part of a programme, from small‑scale process changes to large, complex technical initiatives including system and data improvements.
Experience managing relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, leading project teams and ensuring clear communication and reporting.
Strong ability to identify risks and dependencies in a fast‑moving environment, manage multiple projects within associated budget and resource constraints, and drive quality standards.
Project management qualification (e.g. APM Practitioner, PRINCE2) is required. A certification in Agile Project Management or previous experience delivering in an Agile environment is an advantage.
