About
We’re looking for a
creative, organised Content Creator
to join Ombar Chocolate – a fast-growing, ethical chocolate brand on a mission to change what chocolate stands for.
This is a
role
for someone who lives and breathes short-form video, spots trends early, and can turn them into
authentic, on-brand content
— not over-polished ads. You’ll be happy being
front of house , representing the brand both online and in real life.
About Ombar Ombar is an ethical chocolate brand on a mission to change what chocolate stands for -
from sugar and sameness to rich, radiant chocolate that puts cacao centre stage .
We make chocolate with
real ingredients
(organic, vegan, all joy, no junk), using unroasted cacao and sourcing directly from farmers we pay
above Fairtrade prices . We believe chocolate should taste good and feel good, which is why we are proudly
B Corp certified and won Ethical Consumer magazines’ most ethical UK based chocolate of 2025.
We’re a small team based in
Sawston, Cambridge , growing fast and landing in exciting new retailers. There’s a lot happening, plenty of creative freedom, and real opportunity to help shape a brand that’s playful, purpose-led and genuinely different.
If you like food, culture and creativity - and want to help build something with
big cacao energy
- you’ll feel right at home.
The role You’ll be responsible for creating, managing and delivering content across our channels, with a
strong focus on Reels and TikTok .
You’ll:
Create short-form video content for
Instagram Reels and TikTok
(this is the priority)
Spot, interpret and jump on
social trends , sounds and formats in a way that feels
authentic to Ombar
Film regularly
in our Sawston factory , capturing behind-the-scenes moments and bringing Ombar’s vision to life
Be comfortable appearing
on camera
and representing the brand’s tone and personality
Create content around
product launches, campaigns, retailers and events
Attend sampling events from time to time
to capture content and support brand presence
Own our
email marketing
(content creation, sending and optimisation)
Assist on photoshoots
(prep, on-set support, BTS capture)
Support wider marketing needs in a small, fast-moving team
Lisa with influencers on campaigns and everyday content
Juggle multiple projects at once (this is a true
plate-spinner role )
A day in the life No two days look the same, but a typical day might include:
Filming
behind-the-scenes content in the factory
— pouring chocolate, packing bars, catching candid team moments
Spotting a Reel or TikTok trend in the morning and
turning it into content the same day
Editing short-form video that feels
natural, quick and human
Jumping on camera to talk through a product, flavour or what’s happening at Ombar
Planning content around an
upcoming launch or retailer moment
Writing and sending a
brand email
Prepping content for an
event or photoshoot , or capturing footage on the day
If you love variety, autonomy and seeing your content out in the world quickly, you’ll thrive here.
About you
A digital native with
Reels, TikTok and short-form content
Naturally tuned into
trends , memes and internet culture
Able to create content that feels

face of the brand

Excited by working in a
small brand with big ambition
