We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair plumbing systems, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
Deliver high-quality service, respond to client queries, and report defects.
Complete documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial logs.
Perform manual tasks including working at heights and in confined spaces.
Participate in On-Call Rota and adhere to Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
Qualifications
Experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. C&G NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
Valid full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
Strong communication skills and ability to use mobile devices effectively.
