*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to develop effective care plans.
* Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics interventions to facilitate recovery.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions between inpatient, outpatient, and community care settings.
* Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, recording treatment progress and updating care plans regularly.
* Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care routines to support ongoing recovery.
*Qualifications*
* Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations.

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour
