Job Summary:
Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate at our busy facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving inbound shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, speed, and most importantly, safety. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain by ensuring that products reach their destinations accurately and on time. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is a key aspect of this role, and we expect all associates to adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders according to established procedures.
  • Prepare finished orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and logistics.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and performance standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
