About
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary duties will include picking items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, verifying product accuracy, and then carefully packing items for shipment. You will also be responsible for labeling packages and staging them for outgoing logistics. This role requires individuals who are meticulous, can work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Maintaining a safe work area is paramount, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE, is expected. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
