Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect inbound freight, checking for damages and verifying quantities.
- Put away received goods into designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and be physically active throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE. Understanding of basic logistics. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
