Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our Logistics department, handling a variety of tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. A strong commitment to Safety, excellent organizational skills, and the physical capability for tasks involving Lifting are essential. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to maintaining a high level of productivity. Adherence to all company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, checking for accuracy and damage.
  • Stocking received items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Picking and packing customer orders with precision and care.
  • Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operating manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participating in regular inventory counts and checks.
  • Following all Safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
  • Assisting with Loading and unloading of materials as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
