About
Our dynamic logistics center in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. We are committed to a high standard of Safety and expect all employees to prioritize it in their daily work. The ideal candidate is physically capable, possesses good organizational skills, and is a motivated team player. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations using proper procedures.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support other warehouse functions and team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent and consistent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Experience operating various warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Solid understanding of warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
