About
We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is critical to our Logistics network, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from receipt through to shipment. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and preparing them for dispatch. Ensuring a safe working environment is our highest priority, and all associates must strictly adhere to Safety guidelines and wear the appropriate PPE at all times. This position requires a good level of physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of Logistics .
- Wear all required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Dedication to workplace Safety .
- Must be willing to wear assigned PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is beneficial.
