A strong emphasis is placed on Safety ; you will be expected to follow all established procedures and utilize the provided PPE diligently. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Transport materials between different areas of the warehouse.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all instructions regarding the use of PPE .
- Contribute to the efficiency of overall Logistics .
Qualifications:
- Certified forklift operator with demonstrated experience.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse Logistics .
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety .
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
