In this position, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your key duties include reading order sheets, locating specific products, picking them accurately, and preparing them for the next stage of the fulfillment process. Maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to **Safety** protocols are paramount. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform **Lifting** of items, sometimes weighing up to 40 pounds, and reaching to pick products. Proper use of provided **PPE** is mandatory at all times. We are seeking individuals who are efficient, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
