In this role, you will be integral to the efficient handling of goods, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Sort, stack, and store goods in their designated locations.
- Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping preparations and loading trucks.
- Perform lifting of boxes and other items up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant lifting and standing.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Awareness of the importance of PPE.
