At Linqia, you'll be working with others who are passionate about marketing in a fun, fast-paced and data-driven environment.Job Summary:The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of short- and long-term projects, including sales proposals and company-wide innovations/improvements. They will ensure project goals are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The project manager will also manage project risks and issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for company-wide innovations.Manage sales proposal response from receipt of request through to delivery of final proposal; following proposals, manage pre-sales process through contract execution.Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholdersMonitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achievedManage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as neededCommunicate project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, milestone achievements, and potential risks or issuesIdentify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve project efficiency and effectivenessEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within established timelinesCoordinate with team leadership to resource allocation, and ensure projects are completed within budgetConduct post-mortems to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvementKey Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholdersKnowledge of project management tools and techniquesAbility to identify and manage project risks and issuesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesQualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in project managementPMP or equivalent project management certification is preferredStrong proficiency with project management software, such as AsanaThis position description is intended to describe the duties most frequently performed by an individual in this position.
