*What’s the role?*
We’re searching for an ambitious Software Tester to help us deliver industry leading systems. You’ll be responsible for testing our in-house development, working closely with our Development Team and the Business Improvement Team.

*What do we expect from you?*
We’re formalising our testing procedures and looking for someone passionate to help develop these for both projects and smaller work.
· Perform manual testing according to requirements
· Ability to analyse requirements and design relevant test cases
· Enhance existing automated BDD testing suite
· Work closely with stakeholders from each project and build relationships
· Identify gaps in requirements and providing input for risk assessments
· Develop and follow testing metrics
· Must be proactive
*Experience & requirements*
· 2+ years industry experience as a Software Tester performing manual and automated tests.
· Experience working in Agile environments.
· Strong problem-solving background
· Strong analytical and data driven decision maker
· Strong communication and collaboration abilities
· Capable of engaging at all levels
· Ability to handle complex issues whilst maintaining a positive attitude
· Must have a desire to learn, self-reflect and improve
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
