We're growing, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative who shares those values and wants to make a real difference for the people who call us every day.
What You'll Do
As the first voice our customers hear, you set the tone for an experience that feels clean, courteous, and dependable. In this role, you will:
- Answer inbound calls with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Make outbound calls as needed for scheduling, follow-ups, and rehash opportunities
- Help customers understand the value of our Family Plan, guiding them through the benefits and converting interested callers into members
- Verify contact information to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
- Coordinate with technicians and field teams to keep everyone aligned
- Support daily office operations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build trust with every interaction
