Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in any area of the restaurant as needed
• Ability to operate a computerized POS/cash register
• Willingness to learn the BIBIBOP system
• Ability to use general restaurant equipment (warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to move and handle boxes and fixtures throughout the restaurant
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to learn and execute menu standards including ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation
• Ability to work well in a team environment and understand that each role matters
