The Role
We are looking for a
Creative Content Editor
who lives at the intersection of video editing, graphic design, and Artificial Intelligence.
We need someone who is a wizard in
CapCut
, understands the "hook-body-CTA" structure of high-converting social ads, and knows how to use
AI tools
to generate assets, expand images, and speed up workflows.
You will be responsible for taking raw UGC (User Generated Content) sent by creators and turning it into polished, high-performing ads for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Video Editing:
Assemble raw UGC footage into engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) using
CapCut
. Focus on pacing, trending audio, and strong visual hooks. - AI Content Creation:
Utilize AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Veo, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to create b-roll, extend backgrounds, write script variations, or generate images. - Static Asset Management:
Perform straightforward photo edits using
Photoshop
(resizing, text overlays, background removal/extension) for ads and social posts. - Iterative Testing:
Create multiple variations of winning creatives (e.g., changing the opening 3 seconds, changing the text overlay) to help us scale our ads.
What We Are Looking For
- The "CapCut" Pro:
You are faster in CapCut (Desktop or Mobile) than most people are in Premiere. You know the effects, transitions, and auto-captioning features inside out. - AI Native:
You don't fear AI; you use it to do your job 10x faster. You know how to prompt an AI to get the image or video extension you need. - E-Commerce Mindset:
You understand that the goal of our content is to
sell
. You know what a "scroll-stopper" is. - Basic Design Eye:
You have a good sense of typography and layout—you know how to make text look good over a video without cluttering the screen. - Autonomy:
You can take a folder of raw videos and a general concept and return a finished product without needing to be micromanaged.
