We're looking for a Community Manager to launch and lead operations at a brand-new, 55+ apartment community This is a unique chance to shape the identity of a property from the ground up, develop a winning team, and bring our vision for modern apartment living to life.
What You'll Do:- Lead daily operations of a new apartment community during lease-up and beyond
- Build and mentor an exceptional onsite team
- Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Foster a positive, welcoming environment that residents love coming home to
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and property performance with confidence
- Proven experience in property management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leasing and marketing background (lease-up experience is a big plus)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A natural problem-solver and motivator who leads by example

Essential Duties
- Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
- Effectively communicate property features and amenities to all prospects.
- Answer questions to all prospects and potential applicants in a timely manner.
- Conduct showings of vacant units to all interested prospects.
- Greet all walk-in traffic during open office hours and attend to all needs, questions, or complaints.
- Address resident concerns and all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Process all paperwork in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements for new applicants, recertifications, and renewals.
- Generate, distribute, and monitor renewal notices and follow up accordingly.
- Coordinate and process all lease paperwork for all move in and move outs.
