Applicants must have strong academic credentials and significant curriculum development and instructional design experience. Applicants must also have significant experience in program and training evaluation.

Qualifications
Applicants must have a J.D. or Master's degree. Applicants must also have at least curriculum development and instructional design experience, and five years of program and training evaluation experience.
